Common questions

Is it free?

Yes. There's no charge for using HealthQuote Group and no obligation to go ahead. We're an introduction service: we may be paid by the provider we introduce you to, which doesn't change your price.

Who will contact me?

HealthQuote Group or the hearing care provider named beside the consent box when you send your enquiry. They'll get in touch by phone, text or email. We never pass your details to anyone you haven't been told about.

Can I get hearing aids on the NHS?

Yes, through a GP referral. The providers we work with are private, which some people choose for the choice of hearing aids and appointment times.

Do you cover my area?

We check as soon as you enter your postcode. If we can't help where you live, we'll tell you straight away and won't ask for your details.

What happens to my details?

We only use them to handle your enquiry. Some answers are about your health, so we treat them as sensitive: we only share them with a provider you've been told about, and our privacy policy explains how we protect them.
